Teresa (your nurse navigator) will be there with the Lake Charles Urgent Care staff to do the testing and answer any of your questions. You will also have an opportunity to sign up with their primary care provider if you choose to do so.
Results will remain confidential between the nurse navigator and the employee.
This event will be paid for by Turner Industries at no cost to the employee. All employees are encouraged to attend whether or not they are on Turner's health insurance plan.
